Heat is still an issue with these though but it will take up less space in your case. Although once again there would still be the issue of some games not taking full advantage of these cards and you'd be left with a very expensive counter part to the cards they are made up of. Also just as a note, CF nor SLi doubles performance. Rarely will you ever see it perfect in most of today's games. Although scaling has gotten much better through the years and Intel's new i7 lineup really loves to push multi-GPU setups even further. But anyways, I guess at 1920x1080 CF would probably be a better choice performance wise if you plan to to play intense games. Just keep in mind that you'll more than likely run into more problems with a multi-GPU set up than a single one. Best of luck though. :)
