How to properly update your video cards drivers
1: Through "Add/Remove Programs" proceed to uninstall the Nvidia Display Driver.
2: Boot up into safe mode and run Driver Cleaner. Select "Nvidia" - Please note that these are separate to the nforce driver cleaner filters - from the drop down menu (again select 'nVidia WDM' if your card has support and therefore drivers) and click on "Clean". Do the cleaning twice to make sure that everything is cleared out. At this point you may also want to clean the cab files too. To do this click on 'Tools' and then select 'Cab Cleaner', choose 'Driver.cab' and then 'Start'. This is not necessary however.
3: Restart your computer (normally this time) and wait for windows to go through it's stupid auto detection of your hardware before continuing, make sure you click 'cancel' and proceed to install the drivers yourself install your new drivers and restart your computer. - From [H]Forum

No bottlenecking but the temperature seems to be fine. I switched a few fans out and redid the airflow, see if that helps
How did you test for bottle necks? Have you tested other games or is this just for LoL? I also assumed you properly updated your drivers as described on the left.
So i tested CS1.6 and CS:GO today. 1.6 ran perfectly, no lag! I ran cs:go and after half a round, the game crashed to desktop with no errors. Can't seem to find the logs :(
Try more games.

I've done it just like stated. Still having the same problem. My gfx drivers are up to date.
This stuff never happened until i got this new card. The card ran perfect with no lag or anything for a week or two and now its stupidly....annoying. I haven't really tried other games!

Although i am running a 5770 HD ATI, i still have love for Nvidia <3
Sad! I only recently upgraded from a 8600 GT to a 560 TI :) Never been happier *except that i get some FPS lag in LoL. I think its because i'm not getting air into my case!
What clownfart said, and other bottlenecks on your poota - hardware and software.
Well it's pretty easy to figure out if you aren't cooling it properly, just monitor the temperatures while playing.
