Blue HUD with custom background and custom deathnotifications.

I made all of this myself - no file was copied from another mod, however inspiration was found from other GUIs.

The GUI consists of a menubackground, plus gamestart sound in the menu that is recorded from cs_millitia. Extra menu buttons are added such as console, and "Show steamids", when in a game.

The HUD is made mainly blue.

The entire set of deathnoticiation logos has been changed to a better quality. The HS-icon is the known awesome smiley, with the hs-bullet from CSPromod.
