Thanks. Second version of this map is exist. Its without many physics objects, models in house and glasses in windows. It has a much higher FPS, but visually looks much worse.
If you really need it, i can upload it.

Thanks. Yes it was possible to add much. But the purpose was to recreate exact copy of the real house and structures. The water drain and attic - already fiction. :)
