    Pros: I think the new routes have improved the gameplay a lot in comparison with the original. Adding windows and access routes to various parts for both teams but mostly CT have levelled the playing field. In the original it was really one sided and we all know it ends up with Ts using sniper weapons. Now the CTs have better and also more options to approach the hostage house.

    Cons: You can see shadows through a lot of walls which is not good. It usually means people wall spamming when they see a shadow. It annoys me a lot anyway as it a map flaw that almost always is exploited. Examples of this are the wall facing the short stairs of the hostage house but also the wall between the tree courtyard and the house route on the right T side.

    The long underground corridor leading to the hostage house. Good idea but you are leading one the player from one sniper alley to a new sniper alley. The width of that underground corridor also gives little or no options.

    Improvements: - Sort the shadows through the walls. - In the underground corridor you might consider putting in a dummy door in and alcove so you have the option to dodge in for some cover. Another option would be to make it wider and add e.g. a box or two for cover.

    I always felt the original cs_Italy was missing such things which are presented in this map. Gives the cts a better chance, and a lot more fun than the original. We host this map on our server, come check it out! 8.12.64.106:27015 we also host many other great custom maps.

    Notes: What's Valve's and what's new really shows, especially that long corridor next to the underpass is dreadful and totally doesn't fit with the theme.
