The radar will/should work without any extra files. (Included in the map itself)
I just changed the lighting, and made some of the outdoor lamps work.

Looks good, but there is no lightning on the streets? Well, as I can see from the screenshots. If there is, try making some lightning effects, as this is a remake of an official map.
