I don't think U actually CAN edit this map without permission of any makers of this map. Because u don't have the VMF file.

Hi, if i want to remake this map, or simply retexture this map, do i have to get permision from someone, like exe.dll?, or Cunning_Stunt?. or can i just do it and then give them credit, please reply ASAP thankz =D

Personally, I approve of someone else who FIXES a map so that everything works properly...including the ability for CSS to create bot navigation meshes. Too many maps on this site may look great, but they don't work correctly.

I did. And the ONLY way anyone would have gotten the map is from my server at Krackhouse. If it is on another server, then they got it from visiting mine.

Which version did you edit, dedollsv2 or dedollsv3?

Krackhouse.net mappers, Tomobobo and Myself worked on v2 and v3 with consent from Cunning Stunt. Those that visit Krackhouse.net Rats servers know that we helped and were able to make some needed changes from the original de_dolls.

There are some FPS issues with the dollhouse since there are actually two of them on the bed. I fixed most of that by optimizing the entire map. There are some visible NoDraws to the player but overall was a good build.

BTW, This needs to go into the RATS section.

The orginial dolls is very good, and i don't think that you should change the textures or make a extra room. dedolls is a perfect map. I make a few change only, because the dedolls feeling must be in. When you make an extra room or new textures, than the map isn't a dolls map.

This really doesn't look much different from the original (which was fairly good), I suppose you could of done something like added an extra room like a hallway or bathroom, changed added some textures or even created some new furniture.

Otherwise this is a very very basic change of the original, which feels a little unnecessary in my opinion, if you put a lot more time and effort into it, it could of made a great map even better.

"The vertical shaft on the CT side only works downways, no one can go up." That is the sense, because the would be to quick.

So u took someone else his map, added sum minor changes, and pimped it here. Well thats sounds not like a good mapper.........
