Yeah, we're going to the roadhouse, Gonna have a real good-time.

DeroadhousedMw is a remake of the really old cs map de_roadhouse, which is an old favorite of ours. The main layout is the same but some areas have been changed completely. The textures are all new and most of them are custom.

The map is set in a roadhouse out in a desert close to nowhere. After an initial firefight the Counter Terrorists have fortified in the roadhouse. The terrorists have regrouped in the mountains and plan a second attack to cause havoc and destruction.

There is no drivable car in this version of the map as there is in the old map. Because of this changes have been made to the tunnel to help the T approach to the fuel station. Displacement maps have been used to create a more realistic environment. The Doors Roadhouse Blues is still playing in the restaurant area.

We would like to thank the people at Dead Men Walking for testing it.

    Pros: Very balanced map, great for tactical counter-strike gaming (the way it should be) Cons: none that i can think of Improvements: none Notes: it's just about perfect :D

    Pros: Nice looking map. The graphics, and sounds are good, and it has a good theme. Cons: The layout. That sucks very hard. First of all, people get bored already in the first round, because they have to run a minute to reach the village. And there, the CT-s already wait for them, camped in. Its no fun this way. Improvements: You have to reduce the T-s entry routes, to alter the choke points locations. Notes: Its still a good map, but if its hard to play, and people get bored after a very few rounds, we cant test it too much to say something else about the other aspects...
