vac can be ban accounts with a laser?

U guys so need to learn more about CS:S if there is a black and purple line in the lazer it means u dont have the right textures and idk but i think the black around it would be around the same thing but idk ima download it it looks kool!

Isnt there a laser dot attachment skin for every scout cause i want cool scouts with laser dot

How come I get a black box around the laser, and on the tip of the scout? Although it's very accurate, it kind of blocks off a center part of the screen, but nice work nevertheless!
