It's really good, but there are 2 errors I see.

First. The border thing is pretty old, try to come up with something new. But I do like how he comes out of the border, so it's not all bad.

Second. In the screenshot, you can see a line of...something at the top, it might just be the map, but next time make sure to look for those things.

Try using SprayR when making the png into a vtf / vmt, it can get rid of that small white line around the image. Even though it's a perfect cutout, simply importing it can make that white line.

Try to keep resizing to a minimum. I suggest you resize only once! If you resize more than once then you will see the quality fade away right before your eyes.
