Posted by Stavros Xanthis Considering it was made 2 years prior to tf2...

Also consider that the post you quoted is over a year old- also isn't it more like one year prior to the release of TF2?

..10 Oct 07 for TF2 and three years ago for this?

Oh, also I don't play TF2 so can't blame a man for looking out and enquiring as to a proposed discrepancy.

Posted by Oblong In SS3 is the wall texture one from TF2? If so I'm not sure you're allowed to import textures from one game to another.

If it is, you could always just make a very similar texture to that, and use that instead.

Aside from that, the map looks brilliant. As people have said, it looks very realistic. I like the atmospheric lighting.

I'll definately put this forward to my clan leader to put on our gungame server when the new version comes out :)

    Well done.

Pros: As soon as i looked at the lighting for this map my breathe was taken from me. holy cow the lighting is astounding!! This is a real work of art here. The effort in this looks like ti really paid off. The dustmost and the broken floor really put this over the top. the curved roof is a great touch, have not sen too many of those. Cons: Once you get over the fact that the lughting is brilliantly done, you then see how the map looks without it. the only thing that really got me was the broken floor. tahts always something awesome and looks jsut so so so cool to me, when i see it in a map, it looks so awesome. I se alof of straight cut edges, and squares. but thats a factory right? =P Improvements: Maybe some more curves, tiny curves. the archs are good, but some rooms feel very very square. Notes: the lighting is just so brilliant. i cant wait to see the factory two. Keep this in a portfolio or something man. Youll go far with a map like this.

Pros: Actually got around to downloading this map and I must say that it's a great map. The lighting throughout the map is very well done and the structure and detail towards the map is awesome. Great job on this map. Cons: none
