yes it is hdr, well the envirment light is hdr, im fixing some stuff and adding some stuff that people told me to do so a new version will be avalible soon and the hdr will be fixed, if you have any ideas to improve on the map please tell me and ill add them (if they are good) :) :)

You can tell its HDR, look at the brightest dev texture areas (top of the walls, etc)
