Prequel to zeblackmesaescape

Taking place in New Mexico, the BlackMesa Research Facility has gone offline with no contact to the outside world. The government sent Spec-Ops to clear the facility for any survivors but an infection rings out and you must escape the facility.

    Pros: I love it when the stalkers scared you to death. Cons: On the rail cart why is the thing it moving on thin air. It's moving on something you can go through. Improvements: Fix the con. Notes: A very fun map

    Pros: The map is beautiful in its own way. It oozes with the vibe of a dark, abandoned complex which is the feeling that this map skillfully portrays. Team play is superb and the pitfalls / traps are adeptly blended into the map so as to keep with the realism. One example would be when parts of the ceiling fall on you -- it keeps the illusion powerfully alive. Cons: There are a few brushes that don't look great, but hey no one is perfect. The lava could have been a custom texture, but I can't really fault you for what you did with it because it still looks beautiful. The lighting that goes along with it also helps great deal. Improvements: Just some texture fixes. Some might say the lighting is dark but I feel it's perfect for the setting. Some areas look like they repeat, but again this is a facility and that is to be expected. Notes: A+ for the realism.
