Ah no the STG44 was in fact the FIRST assault rifle. They roughly cut the k98 round into half and used it. and btw whats with this debate? (im just stating a fact.) And by the way. BAR (this is to twinke masta) stands for Browning Automatic Rifle, Not Browning Assault Rifle.
