MGS conversion pack for DOD:S

MGS Pack by Dr. Cloud http://www.youtube.com/user/Nasakii

To install, drop the "dod" folder in your "Day of Defeat source" folder. (c:\program files\steam\steamapps\USERNAME\day of defeat source)

Overwrite files and merge folders if asked.

Pack includes: *Snake as allies (all have eyepatches except for sniper and rifleman)

*Allies (Snake models) can use any custom skin

*Sound replacements for allies

*GRU as germans (unfinished - no sound replacements, all classes same models, can't use custom skins, needs work on rigging)

*All models pass consistency checks and work online.

Sorry for the unfinished pack. I was wanting to finish the GRU team, add flag, a new gui, GRU sound replacements, and more but I just got a new job that requires me to move so it's untelling when I'll connect the internet. For now I'll just release what I have so far and update whenever I return to the internet.

    This is a great skin pack! im a big fan of mgs but the german skins dont work but then i figured out how to fix it go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps(username)\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\player\american and copy the folder german then go to the folder before that one and past it and start the game

    Oh my god, this is amazing. I had to drop the Gru skins because I couldn't get them to work, but the Solid Snake skin is really what I wanted anyway. Excellent work!

    Urk. After now testing it out, I see what you mean. I just removed the GRU files for the time.

    HOLY FUCKING SHIT. Dude, this is (one of) the best DODS model i've seen, the idea was so freaking awesome that I had to change my underwear. But not everything is gold in the end of the rainbow, the textures could be seriously improved, for both Snake and the Masked Dude, Snake's face lacks a bit of detail, but you really should improve the mask texture, other than that, great job.

    FYI I'm a Sniper.
