Close-Quarters Mayhem SP-ARENA

I decompiled FunkyHippo's "Day of a Million Soldiers" - someone in the comments said 'Good idea horrible execution' - and made a crazy fragfest arena map out of it.

This should also work in SMOD and HL2:portal mod and basically anything that will run HL2 maps.
