How to extract: In the RAR, there should be a "alyxreplace", open it, and there is one more, open that one too, now extract "models" and "materials" to any of your HL2 games (it works for them all, but I wouldn't recommend it in HL2:EP2).

You need to update the new half life 2 (2008-2010) this use another alyx model.I have the same problem I have the 2004 version

EDIT: I got it to work, make sure you guys don't mistake hl2 folders. In the HL2 games there are multiple folders. Ty for the great skin!

I'm sorry. I did about an hour + of investigation. And I still can't get the model or any other Alyx to work. I'm familiar with this, I do it for CSS all the time.. Sigh I want this model pretty bad but it just doesnt show. trust me it's in the right folder. I tried making an Alyx folder even, Do we need all the folders from the materials in the materials that you provided? I if someone would show me their working folder that would be awesome plz PM me, not sure how far I am in hl2ep1 but I'd like to see this model carried out. TY! Great skin!
