This map looks awesome for Garrysmod. I really like your decayed urban style, you could make some great zombie maps.

Pros: great map...nice design and layout. A fresh new look for a DM map Cons: but i too have a serious problem with the ladder as well. and the i do agree with most about the windows in the shed. Improvements: Make it in some way that the players could use the crane to gain access to the third level of the building.and maybe a way to gain access to the second floor of the building via the shed..

Some nice stuff going on here. Great ambience, Nice job on the 3D sky box, and a realistic portrayal of a construction site. Some crits though, The ladder to the second floor is a bit hard to traverse once you get to the top. Could have used a bit more cover outside the structure The windows in the shed need to be breakable, otherwise it's a dead end. All around some nice stuff there though, just need a bit more polish. Great job.

Cons; performance issues in corners, weapon placement needs more thought, the ladder is way too much work for multiplayer, can throw props out of the map, reminds me of work
