This is the new mainmenu.res file to open server browser in l4d
It's a multi-languages menu
It's easy to instal, just past the folder "common" on your ".../steam/steamapps" folder
Thank's to blind fury 421 for the idea
Have Fun
Pros: Fits in very well. Cons: None Improvements: None Notes: Good job on this. It blends very well with the main screen.
Is Here A Command For This
I did not create it, this menu already exists in game, it is simply not available directly.
I just propose this file for people who are not accustomed to using the console.
Server browser has always existed for this game. This file doesn't do anything other than add a link to it in the menu. Please don't evaluate the usefulness of the server browser as it is out of the author's control as to how it performs.

Oh la la! En francais! :D

Pros: This is awesome, I've been waiting for something like this for ages, finaly you can choose which server you really want to join. Really very useful. I actually used to favour singleplayer because of all the complications multiplayer could bring, this fixes most of those problems. Cons: Some tabs in the server browser don't seem to work properly. Notes: On the internet tab it cannot find any server, while on the custom tab, it can.
The tiny minor issues set aside, this is utterly awesome and a must download for anyone who owns Left 4 Dead.
Pros: Pretty good for people who don't know anything about the console Cons: None Improvements: None Notes: The only thing with doing this is that you can join any friends-only games, even if none of the people are your friends lol
Pros: awsome they should have put this is anyway Cons: nothing Improvements: nothing Notes: freaking awsome
or how about -console in launchoptions and just put "openserverbrowser" in console ;)
-serverbrowser in the launch options has the same effect.
