Hello, I used your tutorial on SS models and it was very informative. I have one problem tho. The models, for the most part, turn out shiny. Annoyingly shiny. I can get around it by deleting the envcubemap options from the vmts but that seem s kinda odd to me. Is there something I am missing maybe?? If you could find it in your heart to help a bloke out I would greatly appreciate it

Fixed the problem, I think. I checked "do not fix rotations on animation" for the models that were funky. So far the models have turned out fine.

Hey hey! I fixed it! I was using an older version of GUIstudioMDL, and I hadn't refreshed my SDK content in a LONG time. After updating both of those, I was able to compile no problem.

I still don't know exactly what was going wrong, but whatever: the point is, it works now. Thanks anyway though :)

I think I fixed it...somehow. I'm getting the error "bad command $cdmaterials" now. This is my first time compiling anything...or working with models, for that matter, so I expect that there's some fatal error I've made along the way that's causing all this trouble.

Hey man, I'm having a problem compiling a world model for HL2. I'm getting this error:

    bad command $model

I'm at my wits end here, so I've been doing some searches and came to the conclusion that you might be able to help me. Any ideas?
