Yup no problem i did it by creating a door somewhere outside my map which opens vertically, then i created a block of water (has to be tied to an entity; water_analogue or whatever it was called) i then parented the water to the door. The water will then rise with the door when its triggered to do so by the height of the door if its set to move upwards. unfortunately the water will only be cheap so wont reflect which is why the water looks so bad in b2.
My new friend made it better its really dark now, I think he should release it as a scout map.
How can you give the map "de_alps" only a 8/10 o.O :P
I'd expect a 10 to be something on par with a Valve release. Sorry I'm not so generous with my ratings as other here seem to be.
