Ah. They must be in cstrike folder then (Weapons, player) they should be put in sounds folder. I see my installing guide is a fail :D
so.. Move folders ( Weapons - player ) to sounds folder in cstrike folder. That should do it.
If you can't find them, then just download it again. :D
