Have you ever skinned from scratch ? as in a UV map ?

One more thing, when you release stuff as you will have seen it asks who you wan't to release it with make sure you have selected 586 and not independant as it will not count for anything. a few extras.. if you look at the studio page..http://www.fpsbanana.com/studios/1109 you can add WIPs (work in progress) where you can show your work as you go along,and I think that's about it. :]
