As already said, get a cheaper or freeware program then which supports alpha channels? I don't know if GIMP supports them, but it is a great freeware image-editing program.

Please check the file fully before disapproving people and not do so just by the NAME of the skin submission According to your messages on this page it seems you have quite a habit for disapproving for less than stellar reasons.
