You have failed to optimize your map in any way at all, you can get away with this until your map becomes very large and very detailed, like yours. A fullbright map is better than an fps killing one. Read http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Optimization(leveldesign) employing even the most straight forward and basic things will make a big difference.
