3 years ago when I took English in 11th grade, they gave us a choice to go with regular boring old English, or a semester of Graphic Novels/Film.

Graphic Novels was all about comics, we read shit like Watchmen, but before we started we read a book on how a comic is made and exactly how the layout can be very important. It's something you don't notice when you read, but it is important.

When you make speech bubbles in the comments you have to make the bubbles go in order from top to bottom to display the order of dialogue. If it's a convo between 2 people, you have to make 2 bubbles "cross" each other, if someone butts in the middle of the conversation, you have to make a "cut off" bubble with the persons bubble right under it.

I read comic books :P Most people don't actually know that designing each frame and bubble is important, especially the way they look (oval, spikey, or wiggly). You and Sparks should really let me get a look at the frames before submitting.
