Burnfingerscame across the exact file i used to install the w7 theme on my dingoo while cleaning out a old HD, added it to my mediafire account:

i dont remember needing to install anything special for this, it was a simple add-the-files-and-restart install... which was why i used that one hahaha. perhaps they've changed it since then? anyway, worth a shot =)
