    Sorry, I just noticed your message haha. I used jQuery to pull off the smooth scrolling. There are many other ways to go about it without Javascript too. For example, HTML anchor links.

    Whole Page body { background: url(http://www.link.to/image); }

    Inner Table maininnerborder { background: url(http://www.link.to/image); }

    Just change the background url to the link of your background image you want to set.

    BTW, this goes in your uberstyle page.
