I was wondering if you would mind me editing your "dm_moron" into a scoutzknivez map?

I have been asked by several people in the scoutzknivez community to do this.

It may be an ingame editor but it is not the same view that players see as the editor displays extra information that you don't need when ingame, weapon locations, enemies, interactive spots and so forth.

Only proper In-Game screenshots are allowed, this has never changed.

Those are the rules, the submission page itself is a template used throughout the site, some sections allow or require editor screenshots such as the MiP's section, however all map screenshots must be ingame screenshots as those are what players will see when running in it. Displaying editor screenshots as representation of the map would be false information.
