Updated loadout screen, with readable text

Because the meters that Kitsune made more visible in his mod (http://forum.radi-8.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=690) are subject to change, and because the weapon names are hard to read on the default menu, I have taken the weapon icon panels from the online guide (http://neotokyohq.com/gameinfo.html) and made them my weapon select icons.

    I think this need to be redone after the patch since one gun got removed and other got added and maybe cause of other reasons i can't tell.
