Could it be that you've got a DirectX 8 Graphics card? Because most of the skins here are working with DX9 only

wtf it's still showing my low res portals :c HALP!

You made this by modifying the NoiseBlur texture files for the portals. Its quite easy actually, just make an image with a lot of waves in black and use Blur effect.

So I'm the only one that thinks that these look lackluster and terrible?

Pros: This looks better than the E3 portals by miles And definitley better than the default. Cons: Cons? Improvements: Improvements? Notes: 10/10 Best skin in the portal scetion.

8-Bit? Hell yeah!

Pros: This is perfect in every way, now I only have one complaint for Portal left. Cons: None Improvements: None Notes: Great job, this is the best skin I've ever downloaded off of FPSB.
