    So why create a big defuse map with a lot of details to have 100 downloads, no comments and finally no server with your map ???

    So sadly is that nowadays mapping has become pure technical process, with point-precise math calculations for gameplay and lots of level 'designers' that seek for nothing more than fame and ratings. Sometime ago, when a 'shaders' word wasn't even widespread in public, and game customizing was available for much less people than now, there was a new idea, a plot behind most of works. An idea for game story, single map or even 2D-art elements. Game development was once an art, not a race for fame or 'gameplay' that everyone will like. Hope it'll become the same once again. It's not bad when something is done for public, but it's senseless when it becomes your only goal. Oh, and yes, i may look like oldfag. Nevermind.
