A modification that makes the menu windows look much TF2-ier by way of resources from the game itself. This will work fine on sv_pure servers, like custom HUDs (same principle)!
To install, extract to Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf\resource

Pros: downloaded and love it. Cons: last update got rid of it. Improvements: make an updated one so i can have it back. Notes: make the text slightly smaller from the first one.

It's good, but with some issues. I'm using 1024x768 resolutuion and sometimes the sentences get cut. But no big deal I'll use this anyway
valve does leave some shortcommings, but their games are COMPLETELY modifyable, right down to the animations. granted that often times this leniency can lead to cheating, it is nice that the community can ban together to fix the games slight shortcomings(like the fixed bucket images, or better class images). though sometimes times they do inevitably fix or update these things.
fixed animations for the ambassador will never happen sadly because according to them, not animating it properly was a cut/tradeoff for performance which i feel they do a pretty good job keeping the game optimized.

Not a fan, the legibility of tf2's natural typeface is much lower than the standardised sans used throughout the source engine rollout.
