Conversion of the satellite bowl part of Hydro to koth gametype.

Changelog from a3/b1: -- Spawn doors can no longer be shot through >.> -- Red spawn's hallway to the underground ring has been widened and altered. -- Further detail on RED's spawn area. -- Moved the truck in front of one of RED's spawn doors to the RED side's battlement hill. -- Fixed the auxilary (loser team) spawn to be disabled by default. (oversight) -- Added default Hydro inside and outside sounds! -- Fixed small detail consistency errors. -- Fixed RED being able to access BLU spawn by the battlement door if it was held open for them. -- Added a purely cosmetic area below the bowl. -- Fixed some small areas where you could STILL see through the map. (These areas couldn't be exploited) -- Numerous other minor fixes
