Pros: Very good looking, with a lot of detailing. Jungle theme is implemented very well. Has a great deal of potential. Love the use of the "Dirty Bomb" cart from hoodoo. Custom setup gates are a nice touch too. Skybox looks great.
Cons: Extremely derivative of the layout from badlands, and it shows. There is a gameplay issue with the cart, where it provides ammo to team members pushing it, but no health, which is not typical. Track passes through areas that in the map this was derived from that has doors that open when a player passes through them, but not when the cart passes through, which looks very wrong. Also, payload maps shouldn't be this symetrical, you basically are pushing the cart through the same area twice, and frankly, it's boring. Also, there are some minor texture issues with the setup doors overlapping the hazard striping.
Improvements: Diversify the map a bit more, by changing up the path after the middle point. Fix the cart not giving health. Remove the doors across the track, or find a way to make them open when the cart passes so that it doesn't move by osmosis when rolling back. If you don't want to change the layout, consider making it a Push PL map instead, like this: http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/78364
Otherwise, consider how Badwater is laid out, and use that as a guide to what kind of changes might make this a better map.
Notes: What I expected from the screenshots and what I got were very different. I expected that you had used badlands as a frame of reference for a new map. As it stands, this is plbadlandsjungle. Not bad, but not as impressive as I had hoped.
