This is my first map I have submitted to FPSBanana.com

cpsnowbridgethallus_2 is the Second Version of the map, with 16 spawn points for each side for 32 total spawn points.

This is a Day of Defeat Source Map I Edited for TF2. I didn't make the map I just took all the DOD:Source stuff out and put int TF2 stuff. I didn't create the original DOD:Source map.

    This map rocks. To all the haters, yes it's a sniepr map but that doesn't mean you can't have fun plaing other class, particularly spy and scout.

    It is fun map and a more relaxed sedate style one can smoke a pipe to whilst playing

    Pros: Ok looking. Notice I said ok as snow is freaking blinding with HDR. Cons: Not a TF2 style map at all. Can you say Sniper fest. Improvements: Too many to list here.

    This map may have been fun in DoD:S, but it is one hell of a nightmare in TF2. Due to lack of timers, this map is always an eternal stalemate - both teams go fully snipers and a few spies, simply because a few half-decent snipers on both teams completely deny the use of any other classes; usually a game ends when the map is voted off or one team just gives up to end it quicker.

    The middle CP is almost impossible to cap due to having no sniper cover at all. Not even a scout can jump on it without taking a headshot from even a newbie sniper.

    Using engineers to make teleports to the enemy side of the ridge sounds good in theory, but awful in execution - it's almost impossible to cross the map without getting shot even as scout.

    Players usually spawn in the open, greatly encouraging spawn camping and making it easier than ever - you can camp some of the enemy spawn points without leaving your base!

    There is no way to change class without suiciding either. The interior spawn room does not allow it for some reason.

    My suggestions to make this map more user-friendly and less frustrating for most players: *lower the position of the control point on the bridge or add high-profile cover to it, to make it so that players standing on the point would only be vulnerable to snipers aiming in parrallel with the bridge; or turn the bridge into one huge capture point to give space for evasive maneuvering. *Add a medium-length timer to the map so that it would actually end somehow without one of the teams surrendering. Pure-sniper fun is only fun for so long....

    Needs a timer... how many of you guys do I have to remind to put timers on your maps...

    Pros: Nice snow texture. Big Cons: to many open space Improvements: spawn raping is possible

    Pros: great map for a sniper marathon.

    cons: engineers can get on the outer mountains and put teleporters up so you can have snipers from the other team on the mountains behind you. (outer edge mountains not the ones that cp's are on)

    suggestion: make the mountains higher so engineers can't put tele's up there

    Pros: good overall look. cons:this map is not very popular on our server due to snipers and the size. Need more protection from snipers. The map is a too big.

    Pros: Good theme and displacements Cons: Way too sniper friendly, doesn't make use of TF2 style textures/repeating textures Improvements: Update the bridge and structures to provide cover from snipers and make them use TF2 textures
