The map is based on unreal tournaments map 'face' but has been edited a lot to compensate for the major differences between the two games. It is slowly being detailed more and more...

There is a special trigger on top of each teams respawn room on the danger sign that kills the player who walks into the trigger but starts a 20sec damage box in the opposing teams sniper area, thus enabling the team to rush the other team without the worry of being sniped along the way, so some team co-ordination is required to use this effectively.

Quite a bit has changed in version 3, such as the addition of low gravity to the outside areas of the map, more ledges on the towers and quite a bit more detail on the whole. Programs & Design Process:

Inspired from UT99 (in my opinion the greatest game ever).


This is now the final version and I dont think that I am going to be working on this map anymore. I believe that it can be fun to play because it is different in the sense that it has low gravity and large areas for players to fall off and interesting sniper areas and close quarters fighting as well. If you do download it or play it on a server, I hope you enjoy it :)

    :) UT was the last game a ireally loved before tf2, it brings back good memorys.

    Pros: It's different. Cons: The "TF2 Content Police" don't like it, but you can't please everyone. Improvements: I honestly can't think how you could make this any better, it's just like the UT map. Notes: A little change never hurt anybody, might just extend the life of TF2.

    I'd really like to play this one.

    Everyone has their own opinion, I can respect that. Oh and about mapping skill, i dont think that I have hardly as much as most people on this website :p Also, this map was made to deviate from the tf2 trend and to try and make a fun little map that utalises the classes differently to your average tf2 map.

    Although this looks well made and a good homage to the original I think it has no place in the TF2 universe. I personally shudder when people deviate too far from the overall graphical uniqueness that VALVe has provided with the TF2 texture-set and colour palette. Again, I want to be clear here, I'm not knocking the map-maker's skill, it's just not what I look for in a TF2 map.

    You should try sticky or rocket jumping across, it makes it rather difficult for snipers to hit you that way, also you could try going spy and using the cover of the rocks to wait for your cloak to recharge and then backstab all those snipers, or you could use the function mentioned in the notes about the map: stand on the area ontop of your spawn room that triggers a damage box on the other teams sniper area causing all the snipers in this area on the other team get out of there or die :) thus enabling your team to rush across to to grab the intel.
