19 jumps of pure carnage, teaching you all the techniques to become the greatest demoman!

Jump_bob is a great map for both amateur and skilled demoman jumpers. 19 jumps of special techniques that can be utilized in practical ctf play such as positioning, air control, maximizing distance, and air strafing.

The visual art style of the map is unconventional, using an intentional sloppy array of mismatched walls and see through platforms.

I hope you enjoy it, and learn many new techniques!

Seriously one of the greatest Jump maps I have ever played. The style is killer and I love the feel of the map. It's well laid out and the stages are actually quite difficult! Also many of the stages really push you to think about the trick and to become a better demoman jumper.

By far one of my all-time favorite jump maps. :)

Pros: -Great, fun skill map -Like the way you can see people fail in other jumps :D -Good progression of levels -This map brings many new jumps and styles to jumping Cons: -The no-walls scheme can get a bit hard to look at after a while -If you haven't beaten the map through once, it's difficult to find out where you are going Improvements: - Notes: Great map :D

    No, you.

This is a great map as a pure skill map.

I really like the green theme and the openness of the map, but it is a little odd and disjarring to see a complete lack of walls and a structured world.

The maps are inventive and difficult, and I think there is a great scaled difficulty as you progress through the map.

I'm thankful that there is a CP for people to capture when they beat the map and happy to find a teleport back to the 1st jump.

Jump names and numbers in gameinfotext is also a nice little feature to keep the player familiar with where they are at in case they get stick.

The openness of the map does make watching other people from your jump a possibility and that is a nice byproduct of the design, but, overall, I'm not the biggest fan of this layout.

It escapes from the common pitfalls of skill map's design, but is a little on the extreme side of being open.

The map is worth checking out for its technical qualities.

Pros: some very challenging jumps, took us a while to get through this one. Cons: the design becomes sort of eye sore over time. it's well done i think, i'm just not a fan. Notes: we actually started this map as soldiers and got pretty far before we realized it's obviously a demoman map, lol.

    So it goes.

I found out that this map works best with auto balance turned off :P

Yeah, it's intended for blue only so I put red in prison... the map isn't good for auto-balance servers

Do the red guys just have to stay put for however long it takes?

Pros: A variety of jumps. The second last and the last jump are fun for advanced players. Cons: It's confusing to see where a goal is on a few jumps. Improvements: More advanced or expert jumps!

You used a style on a simple gametype map, always a plus. Maps should always look good regardless.

Not a fan of jump maps myself as I find the standard gameplay more than satisfying but this map does have effort placed into it so deserves some attention.

The skybox choice and environment lighting is perfect and easy on the eyes to look at. Good job on matching the colours up, many don't do that so there is commonly a clash between level lighting and skybox texture, but that doesn't seem to be the case here and I'm happy to see that.

The textures are an interesting choice and a good contrast as well, bit of abstract design here and it fits for the gametype afterall, its not exactly meant to be placed within a realistic environment.

Some more prop use and decals/textures to add to the levels style/theme would be nice to see.

    Uberstyle still progressing...
