After I did all of the hard work on Mario, this was just a case of hue/saturation tweaks.

--DOWNLOAD THE MARIO ENGINEER FOR RED TEAM HERE: http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/33351
--You also might want to grab my Mario & Zelda ammo box set. I think you'll find the ?-Block fits in quite nicely: http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/33920
--Please note that this skin will change both teams' Engineers. They'll all have moustaches, hair, a paler face, Luigi-eye goggle screens, and modified normal maps. There's nothing to do about this, it's all or nothing. Either delete the engineerhead.vtf and/or engineernormal.vtf files or download my Mario Engineer skin.
--Although I wanted to have a bit more variation between Mario & Luigi, the way TF2 shares files between teams (as it should, honestly, for efficiency's sake) really limits things. I couldn't change their faces (because of a shared head texture) or have any differences in the actual design of their overalls (due to shared normalmaps). I did make Luigi's overalls a bit BLUer and gave him a blue extension cord, though. There shouldn't be any confusion on who's on what team, even if the big burst of green will be a bit of a shock. Too bad Waluigi's purple. And annoying.

--This is my third-and-a-half (fourth) skin for Source games and the second-ish for TF2 and/or since 2005. My GTA:VC and CS:S days are basically ancient history now, I'm turning over a new leaf with the wonderful world of TF2 skinning.

I must say, this is some excellent work. No detail in this skin was left unchecked.
Pros: most hilarious fucking thing to watch ingame Cons: none Improvements: none, you fixed it.
Model: Well, it's really great! Good job on it , especially the face. Texture: It's really hard to create something like this! Good work. Animation: Pretty nice mate!
Found you on gamefaqs buddy! Nice skin.
Just asking...You said that after installing this both team engies have moustaches, hair, a paler face, Luigi-eye goggle screens, and modified normal maps.Doesnt the Mario one have all the same except Luigi-goggles?Since i dont care what the eyes look, can i use both same time? Please answer.
Awesome skin though,insta-dl!

Looks good,Good job :)

I like, I like... Very creative.
Argh, I know the criteria don't apply to the skin. I uploaded this before any of that was an option, and it doesn't let me change it now because there have already been assessments.

Model: I have one question, Did you change anything on the model? -I didn't see anything, so really this isn't a good choice for criteria. VALVe made it, or are the glasses actually made by you? Sorry, I can't tell. Texture: Damn, the texture was great. It reminded me of Luigi before I read the name. I like how you made the jeans actually look like fiber and not a piece of crap plastic pant. Nice. Animation: Yet again, I didn't see any change in the animations, and if there is I will reasses. but, VALVe made it.
Good job.
Pros: Shiny and beautiful and just <33! Cons: His eyes creep the hell out of me. :( Notes: Dude, luigi!
