This playerpack replace all your player model skins, and remove the Phong effect, and should remove the lag. DONT download this pack if you isn't laggin.
This is only for people with fucked up computers like me.
Not all servers allow custom skins, so this wont in some servers ..

Neeed... Phong.... I dont understand why you need this, I mean yes, it increases FPS, but seriously, if you are having that much of a problem with these, get a better graphics card, or turn down the graphics.
