    HEY! that's a V1 kanto pokedex from blue and red, and mudkip is a hoenn pokemon. You can't trade to blue /red/yellow from ruby/sapphire/emerald. Yes I know that the gba also has fire red and leaf green and they are compatible but the pokedex in fire red/leaf green is a different pokedex.

    p.s. I know you can choose one without mudkip

    This happens because this was created before the updates. I think you can just delete "gamesoundsweapons.txt" in the scripts folder. Then rename "drawpokedex.wav" to "drawpda_spy.wav" (folder: sound/weapons) If there still something isnt working just delete the other script files too.
