Pros: Very original in the fact that its placement is a bit odd but at the same time cool and intriguing. The Hand drawing is very professional, well done, and it looks like one of those actually hats. Nice "fuzz" like actually foam hands. Its a very well done texture and model and is exactly what the title says. Cons: The inner part for the head looks to tight and really takes away from the hat. There is no wear and tear, I personally think a dirtier version would look even better. Improvements: For the part where the head is cradle, maybe open up the sides a little bit, and for the model add, add a little semi oval cradle for the chin and top of the head. It would then have more belief to the concept "Foam Hand Head". Plus it would make more sense at least through my eyes(which are sometimes blurry:).

As for dirtying up the skin, I would recommend adding deteriorating paint(I believe they use paint on this hats:|), chipped off pieces. Then add some dirt, some ripped off, or "shot off" edges to the model to make it look like this scout has been dodging bullets for sometime. Little bit of residue and dirt hear then there but lightly. Notes: Great release, very funny and for the most part executed superbly. I would defiantly rock it if I could get a freaking hat.

Keep it up and hopefully you could take some of my ideas into play.
