It jiggles!

Install: Extract this archive into your base /tf directory, this will replace all the heavy hats found in tf\models\player\items\heavy. If you don't want all of your heavy hats replaced, delete the set of model files corresponding to the hat you want back. For example, deleting heavy_ushanka returns the ushanka back to normal.

Uninstall: Delete the following directories:

- tf\models\player\items\heavy
- materials\mgtng\medalerthat

    It's really silly and because other can't see it, it is useless for its primary role. But im sure it will bring many lawls from heavies around the world.
