A mod which replaces the spy's paper mask with more realistic costumes

UPDATE! Heavy's hat is now the default colour, rather than white. This bug was introduced in the paintfix update, sorry it took so long to get around to fixing it.

KNOWN BUGS:

None! Thanks to Idletard/Raziel, recently fixed the medal bug.

Installation Instructions (Team Fortress 2):

1) Drag and drop the "Models" and "Materials" folders into "Steam/SteamApps/Username/Team Fortress 2/tf/".

2) Run the game and check out your fellow spy's new outfits!

3) Finally it's released \o/

    Yes, normally the Spy's paper mask changes skin.

    With this, all costume parts are loaded at the same time, but anything that's not in use uses a basic $nodraw material.

    This results in the correct costume being loaded at the correct time according to the original mask images.
