This is basically the original Halloween mask, but colored all around. Instead of just the face, the whole bag is team colored.
To install:
Take the folder called 'tf' and put it in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\ [YOUR USERNAME] \team fortress 2 Launch, then you are good to go!
