    The stripes shouldn't be at the same place. Hats have different fabric patches sewn to them, creating the uneven lines at the seams.

    I recommend you do a slight shadow and a bump map at the seams, making them show more. That way it doesn't look like an odd seamed texture, and looks moreso like an actual sewing seam.

    We could also use some better screenshots.
