A skin that gives the heavy a dunce hat. Complete with jigglebones and bump maps. Replaces bills hat and gibus.
It looks like some one pulled a prank on poor old heavy.
Seems someone switched up his Gibus/Bills hat with a dunce hat. OH NO.
What will the Heavy ever do?
Luckily the Heavy cant read.
The Heavys Dunce Hat replaces the Gibus, Bills hat.
It comes with full normal map and jiggle bones.
The idea of the heavy getting a dunce hat has been suggested many times.
So I made it.
\INSTALLATION NOTES\
Copy each corresponding folder's contents into the TF folder.
Then copy the materials folder into the TF folder.
If all that does not work make sure that the model files go into the folder; Steam\steamapps\YOURACCOUNT\team fortress 2\tf\models\player\items\Heavy
and the materials go into the folder; Steam\steamapps\YOUACCOUNT\team fortress 2\tf\materials\models\player\items\heavy
