Custom Crosshair for TF2. I designed it primarily for soldiers. It works with Valve's custom color menu

Since Valve has kindly deemed us, the people, mature enough to create our own crosshairs I felt it was necessary to take my gripes with the soldier's crosshair and fix it.

A dot has been added to the middle for sniping teleporter entrances across gravelpit. A pair of horizontal ring pieces has been added to assist with lining up shots on moving targets.

I wanted to add a horizontal line with notches, but valve in their infinite wisdom limits the size to 64x64

Since not everyone likes green, I am pleased to announce that it works fully with the convenient sliders valve has provided for us under the multiplayer options.

WARNING: Do not extract the tga file to the crosshairs directory, doing so will give you a purple/black checkerboard

extract to: %STEAM%\steamapps\%USER_NAME%\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\crosshairs

you may need to create the VGUI and crosshair folders

Note There is currently a bug and custom crosshairs currently do not work on servers with 'sv_pure 2' or so I've been told. So valve should fix this with the next update.

I have included my tga file(with alpha channel) for anyone who wants to edit it.

It gets much better if yo change the scale to around 32 instead of the default 48 viperesque

I love the look of this crosshair. However, when I use it in-game it looks hideously pixelated and is quite unbearable to play with. I've checked the vtf and it looks fine, so I have no idea why this is. However, the crosshair is good, so I'll still rate you up, seeing as my problem isn't your fault.
