Can't start game up

After install,the thing said restart steam and it will appear on the list but no.

I install the Buggy Burnout.The install directory was to Source Mod and I install at the Steam directory(which I am using).In the end I know that I must restart Steam once it has finished.But when I login,the game didn't appeared on the Steam list.So I try reinstall and relogin but nothing seems to have solve or work it.Not a thing I can do to fixed it.I need help!

    Well your Steam may be having some errors, so you should reinstall it.

    Paste it in autoexec.cfg in cfg folder, in game folder ;).
