Question about modding CSS

A question about modding CSS please help :)

If I were to make a folder called Custom Mods inside the directory where mods go and installed all the mods in there that I downloaded would they still work?

    Ummm I wouldn't recommend it because I think you would have to reprogram the whole game so stuff saves there. So unless you are good I wouldn't try it.
